Gum! I need to not forget my gum! I eat when I'm bored, and I've been bored at work these past few weeks as they are going through a transition, so everything is in limbo at the moment. Gum has been the one thing that seems to keep me from eating constantly….and I forgot it again today! =( When I don't have it I seem to eat a lot more points during the day…and then come night, I only have something like 4 points left!

Luckily…I think my willpower has been pretty good lately…and even when they've had going away parties for people at work, I've been eating my meals before going to the party, so I'm not tempted to eat anything (Chinese and pizza are HARD to resist!).

Next week my husband leaves for Colorado and will be gone for the whole week for training…I am not looking forward to that. He's my biggest support….and without him, I HOPE that I don't have moment's of weakness and eat more than I'm suppose to! We shall see. BUT…at least I know I have my FS friends, so if I do have a moment of weakness…I can post it, and you will all yell at me, but in a nice way =)

Right on, stay in the fight and I will definitely help you while your husband is away. I look at all my buddies food intake and invite you to mine, if you think of anything that I may be doing wrong or whatnot...You will do great!!
