So I have been away from the gym and from eating healthy for about a month now. I was sick with a really bad cold for about 3 weeks and it kept me from working out. Though you would never tell considering I have not gained or lost anything since then. I am going back to the gym starting today as well as I got a personal trainer that I will be starting with on wed next week. I know this will help me as well as the size 9 shorts hanging on my wall right now!! (I am currently a size 13) I am hoping to get down 4 pant sizes in 2 months. Wish me luck!!
