I just started using a new exercise machine last week that I really like. It's a hybrid machine, which is a cross between a stationary bike and an elliptical. While I've been using the bike feature a little more than the elliptical, I like the ability to alternate between the two features. Looking forward to seeing the results! 😃

Yep! You can get a good workout whether you're standing or sitting. Also, they're pretty reasonable-priced.
