Meh, knew it was a risk weighing in today, but I wanted to do a comparison before I go vastly off the plan tomorrow for dim-sum.
As I know what I've eaten this week either my Turkish on Monday was about 10000 calories or it's a blip. Either way I expect it to be steady or higher still on Monday. And Unless I put on 15.4lb I'm still well ahead of where I hoped to be 6 months ago.
