The past few days have been very busy and I have not been able to eat properly.. I haven't cheated but my meals are scattered and I have not been eating enough.. Not very many veggies, water intake very low and I even missed a workout day.. I normally work out 6-7 days a week..
Today is day 5 of the TOM can't wait for it to get outta here! lol lol lol.. Today was the 2nd weigh in for the week and I have to say I am at the same weight.. I guess I still have the bloated, water retention going on.. I suppose that is a good thing NO weight gain! So Monday coming I will see how it goes - literally!
Today I should be back to my eating correctly - I have got to slow down or my back will let me know in very unpleasant ways..

I agree with Stacy. I see what others are sharing and I keep thinking "me too!" If nothing else, I try to get lots of water into my day in hopes that TOM comes quickly since I'm symptomatic. They typically subside once it's here. Oi. Can't wait. My mood swings are begining to get on my nerves and I'm an emotional eater, so that's never a good combo. :)

I hear you - had the same thing going on - three evening get togethers in a row and I have been bad - won't even jump on that scale until Saturday/Sunday - hang in there and happy Thursday back at you :)

Just hang in there. Do the best you can and hopefully once all of this Christmas stuff is over all of our lives will be a bit easier.
