I have been terrrible for the past 2 weeks i'll make any excuse not to go to the gym. At this point i hate that i signed up for 12 months and am thinking about cx'ing my membership..I hope to make it there tomorrow. i dont even want to weigh in.....
183.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awwww, i know how you feel. I belonged to a gym for 4 months and only went like 3 times, and that was because my trainer MADE me. So i finally cancled my membership and invested in home exercise activities. This might be better for you, too. For me, i just feel a hell lot more comfortable exercising in my own home, and then being able to take a shower and relax afterwards. Plus, saving gas money is a plus! So, weigh the pros and cons.
