Wednesday already. Unbelievable!!

Scale was kind this morning ... down to 219. Wahoo I'm in my teens again. LOL. I will be MUCH more excited when I dip back below 200 but as you can see I have a ways to go yet.

Debating whether or not to make today a "restricted calorie" day. I did one on Monday and yesterday was supposed to be normal (calories of 1550) but I never did get there. I think I got close to 1000. So I don't know if restricting today as a modified fast is a good idea or not ... what havoc will it play with my body? And ... I'm in the office most the day today, meetings ... will that make it easier or harder? These are questions I as of yet have no answers to.

Hubby crawled into bed just about 10 minutes before I had to crawl out. He says it is lightly snowing outside and the roads are slippery until you get to the highway. Oh joy. I have an 8:30 meeting so I best be getting my rear in gear.

Today I am grateful ...

for my iPhone giving me the ability to wake up to the Chieftains every morning

for the GORGEOUS buck I saw standing in the middle of the snow covered road last Friday. He had a beautiful rack. I can still see him in my mind's eye and keep hoping he'll show up again!

for having a "new" twist in my eating plan for the week. It is fun to have something new to try and keep my mind occupied.

Making it through Monday. Monday was a tough, tough, tough day. I made it though. Stayed within my calories, saw my clients, made it home and the sun did indeed rise another day.

and finally for learning how to use my iPad to keep my work schedule electronically instead of on paper. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?

Good morning dear, glad you saw a dip in the scale, it always gives us a boost, and you sound much sunnier today. All things pass, even worry 'cause the crap is still there to deal with. Hope today is as fabulous as you are and that whatever way you decide to eat that it nourishes you.

Don't you just love this modern technology? I love iphones and ipads. I take my ipad everywhere with me. I just love feeling connected. Don't know how I ever lived without them. lol Carol great job on getting through Monday and for your losses. Every bit counts and every bit should be celebrated. I didn't know you were trying something new calorie wise. I must have missed that. I think I need to try that out. Seems to be working for you. Well have a great day! Thinking of you as always!
