After training for months for my 10K, I think I got burned out. I ran the race in May and have not done much since. A bit of walking here and there, but not much running and no time at the gym. I am lucky to have worked up a sweat two times a week. In the past 4 weeks, I have gained back 5 of the 13# I have lost in the past year. Such hard work to take it off, such a short time to put it back on. I WILL NOT let myself get out of control and return to where I was last summer. Just one month ago, I was feeling healthy, fit and good about myself. Now, I am finding I am beating myself up and having negative thoughts about my body. ENOUGH! As of today, I am back on it! I will track my food and exercise again and I will take this weight back off. I am worth it!
