I am not sure weather I am more upset about the fact that I completely blew my diet out of the water today or that I knew that I was doing it and still couldnt stop myself. It been over two months on my diet with only a couple hicups along the way. The differance in those and this one yesterday was that I planed it and ajusted my workouts accordingly. Yesterday was just a very very very very very bad day I guess.
