I think I did fairly well on phase 1. Glad its over of course. The only real problem I had was eating the required number of meals. I usually ate 3 meals on most days because I was so busy, on a good day 4 maybe 5 meals. I've lost 13 lbs since beginning so I am satisfied. I know the weight loss will slow down a little since I'll be consuming more calories, but as long as I lose something I'll be happy.
My goal for phase 2 is to lose 3-5 pounds a week. Hopefully it works and I'll be down a good amount of pounds by the end of the BL challenge. Goal weight for Labor Day is 240. Its crunch time.
