I hope by Monday a pound will drop. With everything going on this week other than minor bits with people having to bring food I did totally do less than 20 carbs. Today I finally have a kitchen counter back as the items drying on my counter have dried and been put away until the basement can be back in order. We went to Pizza Hut last night as guests of friends helping out with our flooded basement. I ate salad and only toppings off 2 slices of pizza. From all I could tabulate I did stay within the carbs I need to do. No weight gain, but no loss. I am guessing that with the levels of sodium and chemicals used my body reacted. Now that I can cook this weekend should tell a positive tale toward weight loss!
