Since Sept I have failed to keep track of everything. I actually forgot about fat secret until I checked my 2nd email address today!
The day after Thanksgving I weighed in at a whopping 149.5! That is a alot for me. Most I have ever weiged besides my pregancies. On this day I decided ENOUGH. On November 23rd. I started drinking nothing but water ( I even cut out coffee!) and started to drink green smoothies every morning. I cut back my calorie intake as well-a little less than 1200/day. No exercise yet. Today is DEcember 5th and I weigh 145 lbs. I see results and it is getting me excited! I plan to be 2 maybe 3 lbs less for my next weigh in!
