Gona give myself alittle break today with workout. I think I have been doing really well, Think the legs need alittle rest from running every day but back at it tomorrow. I may however be heading to the park with my godson (just over one) and walk or play with him alittle tonight, so I think that counts somewhat. Eating doing ok. See how I hold up next few day I have TOM coming and I may ride my motorcycle up to my parents tomorrow to see my neiphew off to his first day of preschool!!! Ill probably cry before my sister does I just love love love that little guy.

Sounds like you deserve a break! You have been working out really hard. What kind of bike do you have??

You may find you have more energy for your next workout if you take a day off. I usually space my bicycle rides out at least 1-2 days apart to let my muscles recover. In between, I think it's okay to do strength training on off days. Good luck!
