So it's been 2 months since my trip to the hospital...mom passed away Thanksgiving and I'm hating myself right now. I let it all go...and now I dont give a damn if I never eat again...I'm taking back my mind and my body. I have so much ground to make up DAMNIT!
One day at a time...I'll record it all and be held accountability for my eating decisions...21 days to make a habit
