Day 9 on the fat smash!!! I am so happy I got through it with 9 straight days. It hasn't been easy, but I did it. Tomorrow is day 10 and I am supposed to weigh in on day 10, but my usual weigh in days are on Sundays. I guess for the sole purpose of results of phase 1 I will weigh in tomorrow and again on Sunday.
I am so pumped cuz tomorrow I will get to eat a little meat and cheese. Oh yes I will be eating a salad with chicken and cheese(recommended amt. of course) and one scrambled egg tomorrow morning. Oh but what I am going to have to face is an increase in exercise. I want to say WHY?????? but I'm going to just hit it and not look back. I can do this. Just another challenge to overcome that will eventually make me stronger and sexier!!!!
