@Moopie: thanks --- I started yoga four weeks ago; flexibility is something I aspire to! :)

HDK---I tried her other pose and it took me 1-2 minutes of slow breathing to touch my toes. It is a discipline and one I can see true benefits. Or death. I'm going with benefits though. Hi Moops!!

Lol do it everyday before bedtime. It’s nice and relaxing.

@Terrapin: I'm loving my yoga class and I'm looking for more, so I'm completely on board with the benefits. It's definitely helping a back issue I've had for quite a while. I'm almost to the point where I can do a pretty good uttanasana --- certainly better than four weeks ago --- but still a lot of work to do. Yeah, it takes discipline.

Request a flyby. Is the pattern full?!? Moopie, I think i can wrap a hand around a foot but it takes time to get in the pose. The idea of controlled breathing and going slow is what makes it difficult. And so worth it. Now, elbows and knees may never happen. You have a bag ready?

Bag of tags reminds me of Spielberg. Ugh.

Bag of Cheetos. The full espression of the pose requires me to wrap my hand behind my back under the legs and hold my hands. Lol 😂 #toofatforyoga

Terrapin, that’s really good!!! I’m not flexible so it takes me years to do something someone can just do.
