Wow ~ the first week is half over!! Been doing well with my diet and making myself push through the work-outs every afternoon when I get home from work. Wish I had the motivation to get up early and doing my work-outs in the morning, but I can barely crawl out of the bed in time to go to work ~ so I suppose working out in the PM is my destiny (even though it's rough after a long days work).

I find it hard to get out of the bed in the morning to do some workout too but if I set my alarm an hour early before my actual workout time, I will just be in bed laying down (staring at the ceiling) and eventually crawl out of the bed because my other alarm is my dog. He cries out once he hears my alarm, (10 mins later) cuz he knows i'm awake. Just try it once and see how it feels at least one day to do workout before going to work.
