I blame some of my horrible, horrible breakfast choices on the fact that my oatmeal blew up in the microwave. :P
And I found out that I didn't like canned corned beef nearly as much as I remember liking it. And the biscuit was only okay. I wouldn't have eaten it again.
So, that's progress, right?
My progress on the Alton Brown Four Lists of Amazing this week so far:
Daily: Whole Grain ✓ Fruit ✓ Leafy Greens ✓ carrots Green Tea
3x Week: avocado ✓ ✓ sweet potato ✓ oily fish ✓ ✓ broccoli ✓
1x Week: Man, I just burned right on through those. <strike> red meat </strike> <strike>alcohol</strike> <strike>white starch</strike> <strike>dessert</strike>
Never: <strike>fast food</strike> :( <strike>processed food</strike> :( diet food
Oh, and I found a tasty relatively healthy dinner yesterday that I adore. Sriracha oatmeal. Oooh. With a sunny-side egg on top. Google that stuff. It's so good.

In my experience, a lot of the "deliscious foods" that I used to enjoy, are really not very delish anymore. This goes mostly for the fat foods, like junk food. I can't really stand it. Same goes with Chinese buffets. I always end up going for the Mongolian BBQ. :)

I find that very often, too! Things I used to think were really tasty just end up being bland, or too greasy, or stale. It's good though. It's definitely a good change. :)
