Had a good work out at the gym last night.. took the princess with me. She said she wanted to sweat, I think we accomplished that goal. :)
Did a good 6 miles, jogging and walking. Also did weights.

Hmm.. ok. Forgot to include my total mileage for the challenge on the actual challenge entry. I tend to forget if i don't. So.. 16.5 miles (deliberate) down.. 13.5 miles left to go with 8 days to go. I got this in the bag.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
