I don't know about the rest of you ~ it may all be in my head ~ but I'm already starting to feel better and it has only been 2 days! I think the exercise and following a more healthy diet has really increased my energy level. But I hope I still feel this way 30 days down the road.....

I'm with you. Don't know how much of it is mental, but then, I'll take that too. I'm sore, but I'm sleeping better and have much better energy.

Thats great! I feel the same way. I guess the more we exercise the more we get energy & we feel great about ourselves. If we keep it up, you wont even know or remember those 30 days down the road. Who's counting anyway, right? I dread waking up in the morning to do exercise but if i dont, I will start to feel lazy.
