well...although my determination hasn't waned at all....I seeemed to have hit my plateau (already) and am very frustrated. Still going strong and keeping to my regime.....am even exercising now too.......but still not a great deal of change over the past 10 days or so......what can I do???? Any suggestions??

Exercising's good... keep at it and the weight WILL come off... it's really discouraging when you feel you're doing everything right but the scales stubbornly refuse to shift. (My weight loss has slowed right down recently and it's really frustrating, I know.) But hang on in there and don't give up!
