Yesterday was a very laid back day. I didn't do too much of any thing but sleep. I ate okay. My breakfast was the biggest meal mainly because I slept well into the day and well its time to go groc. shopping again. My lunch was pretty light and the snack was fulfilling.

As far as exercising, I did the 30 day shred and that was it. I'm just trying to keep some activity going even on the laid back, lazy days. Today I plan on basically staying on track and doing the shred and walk about 30 min. I don't want to mess up cuz I am finally approaching the end of phase 1. Today will make day 8 of fat smash. I extended it until I could do 9 days straight so GO ME!!!lol. One more day and then I can eat some meat! Yaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy!!!!! In moderation of course:)

Okay so I know I just added a journal entry, but as I was reading other peoples entries I thought of how this is really helping me. There have been nights that I was hungry or not hungry, but thinking of food and I just logged on and read through entries, recipes, etc. and it completely put my thoughts in another place. Instead of thinking of something to eat right then I thought of new foods to try for the next day's meal or other exercises to try. I get a lot of motivation from everyone who post because it shows me that there are others that struggle with weight just like me no matter if they're 500 lbs or 130. Everyone is an inspiration and many do not know it. These journals help get a lot of emotions out and it makes you want to do better because in a sense you have something holding you accountable and something to expose how you feel at any given point. Its a huge help and has been keeping me on track lately.
