Back to work after four day trip for Thanksgiving holiday. Managed fluid intake very well but have to track accurately sodium in home made dishes. Had plently of guit free turkey and mashed potatoes (no butter or gravy)Stayed away from the obvious high sodium foods. As I was called in to work on the spur of the moment, had to get fast food for supper, had a Angus Beef and Mushroom burger. Still under my sodium but right at the calorie limit.
