The weight is just falling off very very slowly. My body seems to be so resistant to weight loss its almost ridiculous but it is coming off.

Missy, have you tried uping your calories? I found that when I began stalling the only thing that helped was uping them. It could be worth a shot. Try increasing them between 1600-1700 consistently and see what happens after a week or two. I am sure you will be greatly surprised.

Good job on the losing weight! I have a resistant body as well, but thats because though I have a high metabolism, I'm lazy and hate to exercise. But I do lose weight, so you should keep at it!
