When you say fast, do you mean very low calorie or just water?

App is called Life Fasting I drink full glass water with lemon morning, then coffee all day till 3pm. Also tea (green black anything natural) and that crazy shot of ACV plus lemon plus chia seeds plus wheatgrass (suppresses appetite). You can also do bone broth in first week to ease you in. If you feel dizzy you get som sea salt and eat it, then it goes away.

Trust me i dont. Compulsive earing disorder is the best description for me. Takes time, getting up after failure and learning everything there is about weight to fully understand it. Took me 3 years.
