Well I was lazy this weekend, didn't do anything much but go try and give blood. My iron count was off by one point so I wasn't able to donate, next weekend i'll try again.
So I didn't exercise like I had planned to. I didn't over eat either.. I only had one day where I hit almost 900 calories.. :(. Which isn't good either, I need to eat more balanced. I should of worked out. Oh well.. it's a new week and i'm going to the gym tonight and takin the princess with me. :) I told her to be prepared.. i'm gonna make her work tonight.
