I decided to celebrate every 10lbs I lose so below is my motivation:

10lbs~ Manicure
20lbs~ Buy a new purse
30lbs~ Cut/ Color/ Style
40lbs~ Buy a new outfit from head to toe
50lbs~ Get a facial
60lbs~ Throw a party
70lbs~ Take a road trip
80lbs~ Take a lazy day
90lbs~ Get a massage
100lbs~ Go skydiving

I love the idea of taking small steps to accomplish something that can seem so daunting. I love the rewards...Why not do something that makes you feel good for all the hard work.
