A new week - a new weight...let's hope it's a lower number than last time!
As I gear myself up for tomorrow's weight in, I'm left thinking about the peaks and valleys of weight loss.
Let me explain more clearly - This week is the last week before I get my period. I have noticed, through my handwritten journals and the ones I have kept here, that, generally, the week before I get my period, I have a tendency to gain at least a pound. That one pound or so is usually gone by the following week, but it always shows up once a month.
Soooo...I don't have high hopes for the numbers tomorrow.
But I've identified this little peak, so now I need to push past that number and down towards my ultimate goal!
