Didn't get a chance to record anything here in FatSecret yesterday. I was at work for 12 hours. *sigh*
Today I'm only working a short evening shift - 5pm to 11pm - so it's not terrible. And I'm laid off for two weeks starting Sunday.

Really trying to stick to my plans - both eating and exercise. The exercise is the easier of the two. I've set aside the time, each and every day, to do my cardio and my weights and my yoga. It's something to look forward too!

The food thing isn't and is an issue all at once. I still work weird hours (when I am working), so it's hard to eat a *normal* breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack thing. I'm trying to stick to an eating "schedule" of sorts. Eating within an hour of getting up in the morning, having lunch three to four hours later and dinner another three to four hours after that. I'm really good at not eating late at night any more. That used to be the worst! Because I mostly work evenings, I wouldn't get out of bed until after noon. And I wouldn't be hungry, so I wouldn't eat. Then right before going to work, I'd think, "Hmm...I'll be cranky if I don't eat, so I guess I'd better grab something." And I would grab, well, anything, and wolf it down. And then I'd be at work, and my break would roll around, and I'd be really hungry. So I'd get some kind of junk from the vending machine. Once I was home, usually just before midnight, I'd be ravenous again. So I'd make myself a bowl of noodles or something like that. I'd eat in bed while watching TV until 2 or 3am. *bleeh*

Now, I'm far more reasonable. I get home, do some yoga, and I'm in bed not later than 12:30am. It's not perfect, but it's kept me from gaining it all back.
