I went completely AWOL last week. I guess it could be worse. I'm trying to be gentle with myself and be ok with the fact that I can't do all the things perfectly all the time. I have a breaking point and sometimes it's ok to let myself off-the-hook.

Leaving for India tonight (fingers crossed). I have a million things to do and not enough time....
196.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
