Thats so true! Decided to reward myself to a cheat day on Friday..and it carried on till Saturday...i just looove chocolate and one bite is not enough!! I'm bit bumed that I didnt lose what I wanted seeing that I've been to gym 4 times last week! Im losing slowly...hopefully its water retention (keeping thumbs) Best of luck to your training!
