Tonight was clean out the fridge night for dinner. We love this meal. Polish kilbassa, potatoes, apple, tomatoes, carrots, celery, Mexican squash, cabbage, Anaheim chili., red pepper, green pepper, and onion. . The jar is a beet and cabbage salad that a German friend introduced to me. It is imported from Poland. The only place she has ever found it is Big Lots. Now when one of us in our little group find it we buy the place out and split it amongst us. It’s good to have friends in low places.
