Yesterday 6/18 was good. I missed breakfast, but tried to add an extra snack in. I also exercised today, 30 day shred, still kicking my butt. I am proud I'm still going though. My weigh in is Sunday. Wonder what the scale will say especially since I messed up a couple of days, but I've gotten back on track and going strong. Go Me!!! I'm extending Phase 1 a few days since I messed up a bit. Almost to Phase 1 finish line though. I think I can. I think I can:)
