Today was good. I ate pretty good and within the guidelines of the fat smash. Still in Phase 1 because I couldn't fully commit at first, but I'm on the road again. I feel good. I also got some walking done about 50 mins. Didn't have a pedometer, but I assume it was at least a mile if not more. Time to prepare for the day. Planning has helped me alot with my meals.
