Two years ago! I was doing lots of cardio and weights and was happy.We were hiking and I found some cool rocks.Hubby said I looked like I was underweight and was persistent.Now I am back having to lose weight, this time I’m focusing more on weight training

Thanks, hoping to maintain better this time and focus on strength. Not doing bad for that now working in the trades. Because I’m taller I get a lot of people who like to tell me to gain weight constantly. Even now, it’s annoying.
