I weigh 288 lbs. on my home scale, but at the pulmonologist's office last week I weighed 297 lbs. I was also diagnosed with asthma at the age of 59 by the pulmonologist.
Not really thinking about another effort to lose weight, I got up this morning and wrote down my breakfast calories, and hope to continue to write everything down.
I am reluctant to talk about it, or even to make another attempt to get control of my eating, because I have failed so many times since a successful weight loss two years ago, all of which I have regained.
