Busy day at work with not a lot of down time. When I walked into the office there is a huge bowl of chocolate. I resisted for about 3 hours and than desire took over I guess. Through the course of the day I ate a few snickers that killed my calorie deficit. I also ate a breakfast sandwich I should have walked away from. I ate a turkey hoagie because I didn't have time to eat the lunch I packed. Got out of work an hour late and didn't want to hit the gym. I forced myself and got a 5000 meter row in just under 22 minutes.

I can't say I feel great about today but I don't feel terrible. At least the turkey hoagie wasn't a cheese steak and fries. I am going to go to bed with a strong desire to eat but no real hunger. A huge tin of pop corn is my enemy right now and the toffee almond cookies. Nyquil and sleep for me right now.
