This week I have been following my diet and exercise program quite well. I didn't eat much yesterday as it was an incredibly hectic day. I did splurge and have a couple of glasses of wine and some low fat ice cream. I figure we do have to treat ourselves every once in a while to help stay on track. I have also been very dedicated in doing my cardio this week. Everyday so far and I can feel it. Tonight I have ball hockey but not until late. I am still planning on doing my cardio when I get home...I want it to be come part of my routine. I am so close to hitting the 50 lb mark which I think is a major accomplishment. When I get to 187.6 I will be there! Fingers crossed I can run off a 1.2 lbs tonight at hockey!
