Maybe it would be more motivating if I set mini challenges (If that’s what you would call it) for myself. I’m going to “try” to lose 10 pounds a month; starting today. Actually, that would be the only possible way to reach my goal weight by my birthday. So by March 20th I need to reach 195 pounds.
