aggrivated.. start really exercising.. and I gain a half pound and it stays with me this week too! I don't get it! I am going to work on really writing down what I eat..

I do think it's key to track everything! You'd be amazed how many calories are actually in certain foods. I had a few bad days and then saw the NUMBER of calories I ate...WOW that was an eye opener! Have a great day!
