it's been a slow journey but at least its coming off. My stomach is still drouping and I feel the fat between my legs .... am thinking of taking a collagin supplement because of eventual sagging skin in the stomach area. so far no sagging skin its still fat there and irritating but less bulge. It's been 3 months and 20 lbs. I'm still doing the Keto and don't mind it at all but sometimes I do want to cheat. I found these low carb balance tortillas and had a few burritos and they were SO GOOD and yet only 5 carbs each but they are wheat so its really a no no but ok once it awhile. I guess I have to move the rest into the freezer!

Try dry brushing for loose skin. Also consider wearing shape garments - compressing the skin may cause it to shrink the excess. This worked for me - 35# weight loss at age 62.

Yeah been doing this for abut four months and have the same experience as you. Slow in the stomach area. Oh well. It is partly age. Where I am in my life journey. Keto on.
