So far, so good. Although I have just started this journey again, I feel good about everything so far. Last night I created an amazing dinner and was commented to working out. I just have to remember to take it one day at a time.

Great job! :) Isn't cool that you can make great new dishes...I'm almost addicted to making a great dinner. Just throw any kind of healthy concoction together and making it taste good in the process! LOL
