Ok now Iam getting annoyed~!!!! Made turkey cutlets with oven baked butternut squash and zucchini and carrots last night. After the awesome workout and now its saying Iam up to 167.5 this is nuts. What the heck is going on?????? Iam limiting my portions and working my butt off this can't just be a phase!!!!

If you are working out, the pounds you are putting on could be muscle, don't worry, muscle is heavier than fat. Don't get discouraged, especially if you are eating what is right and working out. Great job!!

Keep at it! I'm sure you will soon see changes with your clothes if not with the scale. Just think about how how much better you're feeling with the changes.

I notice that when I work out really hard and still try to limit my food intake, I gain weight. Don't know why but I think it has something to do with your body burning too many calories and thinking that it needs to hold onto some b/c you aren't eating enough. Add some whole grain carbs (just a few) and see if this helps. Or add a snack in between meals. I know how you feel though...my body is stupid too.

Don't give up!! You should begin to notice a change soon - if not your weight, then how you feel and how you fit in your clothes!
