Ok. Day Three of the diet. Hungry. After lunch, I feel better. I hope it lasts! I am so nervous that this will not last and I will have to stop because I will be incapacitated. It is 1:30. Four more papers of one set to grade. Can start tomorrow on a different set. At least I am getting through the day.

The first 4 days I was still getting hungry - it doesn't last - It was mostly because I wasn't planning my meals well enough. As I got better with that and continued on my drops, it got better. Also as time has gone on I even had a hard time getting to my 500 calories! Hope this helps!

You'll be fine, just be sure to follow and eat all the protocol foods exactly, drink your water. I was kinda skeptical at first but I thought, what the heck, give it a try, nothing to be scared of, if it doesn't work, no harm done....but did I ever have a surprise!!! I've been on the Hhcg for 5 weeks now and have lost 28 lbs WOW!! Huh? And have felt good the whole time, had a couple cheats in there too, and yes you may gain a lb or two doing that, but just get right back on. The best to you!!

For me my first week seemed more of a mental game. I wasn't sure if I was hungry or just had cravings for things that I was used to shoving in my mouth all day long! Once I got over that it got really easy. After that first week I had to force myself to eat the 500 calories! Hang in there. It does get better! :)
