So today my husband and I start our month competition between us. He will still hit his gym at work and go to the park and golf course while I am stuck here at the house with hardly anything. I do need to figure out how to get a good weight loss exercise routine down with the stuff here at the house. Knowing I do not have a lot of things does make it difficult and then on top of having a pinched nerve in my back makes it that much more difficult.

I weighed myself this morning and was 203.6 lbs so I ended up gaining a little bit since last night, but just a couple of ounces. I want to win this competition between my husband and myself so i can show him that we do not need fancy equipment to lose weight.

He thinks I will not stick with it, but I am sick of the fat jokes he makes and I am tired of not feeling good about myself anymore.

Give me strength to get through this and actually succeed.
