Trying to lose weight to make myself healthier and to help get my family healthy. I do not feel good about myself and want that to change.

Enjoy playing computer games and game sites (pogo, neopets, facebook), love watching movies with the family, playing volleyball, and dancing.

Currently have back issues with a pinch nerve so finding it hard to get motivated, but always looking for new ways.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh every week at about the same time with the same outfit. I went and bought me an athletic scale which shows me not only my weights but my BMI, water percentage, and so much more. It is awesome. I think if I weighed myself everyday I would go nuts on the days I did not lose anything and want to give up so doing it weekly gives me 7 days to lose something even if it is only a pound.

Back problems
I have had major back problems for a couple of months now so being able to exercise has been difficult. I have a pinched nerve in my lower back which can be irritated quickly. I am looking for exercising that can do the following:
1. Not hurt my back
2. Improve my back
3. helps me lose weight.

Any suggestions will be appreciated 100%. Thank you in advance.
