Someone asked for keto snacks? Make sure to read the labels for carb counts before buying. I remember snaccidentally getting jerky that was as sweet as candy because of a keto newbie mistake.

Great list. I do notice that many keto people are not really good at understanding how labels on food work nor are they good at reading ingredient lists. Having knowledge about how to to that will help navigate the pitfalls of buing "low carb" treats

Stick to 20-25 g net carbs/day.
Net carbs= total carbs - fiber - sugar alcohol
I try to help them avoid the same pitfalls that got me when I started. It can get tricky.

It can be tricky is true. I think the worst things I see are people underestimating carbs in cheese and cream. It can add up very quick. And people who do not understand that just because a manufacturer puts zero carb on a label, the product is not really zero carb

I always round up on anything - esp when the labeler is trying to make it seem less.
