Fast food! I threw some bacon grease, fresh broccoli, and an egg in a skillet. I supplemented with an Epic bison bar to bring my calories and g protein up.

It really is fast compared to the commute, ordering, being in the drive thru window line and eating out of a paper bag, isn't it?. Good for you!

Thanks! It is actually more convenient to cook once you hit your groove. And yes! Epic bars are a life saver! Or carb saver... 😏
