This took me almost 15 months to wean myself off all sugars. Did it gradually and the last six months were the hardest. Used to fast chronically and daily. Even now I'm surprised how I'm not crawling up the walls for supper everyday, breakfast is so important. Mega water consumption was my last addition. Guess I also had to prove to myself first that diet coke was wrong.
Haven't felt better in a long time! 😊

Nice! I stop sugary drinks cold turkey lol. However, I never really liked soda. My choice of poison was any type of juice. Now I only drink water and I've never felt better. Congrats on the conquering diet soda and good luck on your journey. 😊🤘
