I got a little lazy over the summer and gained a few lbs back. I know I need to keep on track, especially with the holidays coming up. I tended to find myself overeating a little because I wasn't keeping track of my intake where I could see it written in front of my face. I can do this! My main fault is not having an exercise regimen in place. I still need to do something to get my butt up and moving. I WILL DO THIS! :)
